There were issues with the bills and switching things over especially health letters Chris Gowan, Randay, Austin and the rest of the team have a great communication returning phone calls sending confirmation emails and making sure my issues and problems are met in a quick and orderly fashion. "I’ve had car insurance for 6 years now with several different companies stayed with Esurance for 3 years, just recently switched and not once have I ever had to pay $150 for a sales representatives MISTAKE, 3 months of back pay for some form, but because of the lack of communication, doing their job and everything else on their part I don’t see me staying with this company for more than my 6 month period. I will say customer service aspect of it, is amazing I’ve spoke too Austin, Joe, & Randi the girl everyone has been so kind I’m just mad the job was not done correctly 3 MONTHS AGO and now it’s my fault!!!"

I am very sorry that this happened and that there was a lack of communication on the paperwork that was somehow completed incorrectly. I understand that this is a big inconvenience and also agree that your sales representative should have sent a text or made a phone call right away when this was realized. This is unacceptable and I will be having a conversation with them to make sure this doesn’t become an issue again in the future. "We just recently switched to State Farm, Chris made the process easy and affordable. We were at a loss, when extreme high winds (F1 tornado) blew through the yard and took out our RV. Chris and team assisted us every step of the way. They took over filing the claim, reached out to claim contact leaders and followed up until claim was fully processed.
